Shipping policy

Tuna Joyas Mexicanas will send the products purchased by the User to the address specified by them, provided that the address is within the coverage area communicated by Tuna Joyas Mexicanas.
The delivery time begins once the payment has been confirmed by the website.

The products will be shipped and delivered to the User by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Shipping Companies"). Accordingly, the User agrees to comply with the delivery policies of the Shipping Companies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The delivery time stated on the Site is an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that this period may change due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event that delivery of the products purchased on the Site is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Tuna Joyas Mexicanas shall be exempt from any and all liability.

If the User has not received the products within the time frame stated by Tuna Joyas Mexicanas, they must contact the Company through the customer service center to check the status of their order.

Shipping costs within the Mexican Republic will be covered by Tuna Joyas Mexicanas for purchases over $1,500.00 MXN. This will be informed to the User prior to purchase confirmation.
