Refund policy

TUNA JEWEL PROJECT does not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges only.
Items eligible for exchange must be returned in perfect condition, with all original tags attached. Shipping costs for any returned items are not covered by TUNA JEWEL PROJECT.

Please return items with full tracking and insurance. If a package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process an exchange.
